Another reason for directly integrating printerruler in KDE: I have noticed
that PDF-Printer in Firefox gives the same names to PDF files, when the page
title of a page is similar. So you can't really collect pages from these
sources then.

BTW: Some naming suggestions: Print magic, Magic Printer, Page Collector, ...
