I guess this means we've to wait until your system is re-built? Heh, possibly you'll get handed over a new shiny system that prints perfectly out of the box... :-)

In any case, you are invited to mail the list "<kde-print kde org> (Users and developers of KDEPrint)" for help with your system if the problem is KDEPrint related. No need to open a bug report initially. 

If the problem is more low level ("CUPS", the low level print system, on which KDEPrint bases itself, does not work properly), it's probably better to ask for help on one of the forums here:

I'm hanging out there as well quite frequently. Just tell us what Linux version you run, and what the name of your printer model is and we surely can help you.
