"accidentally choosing" *any* dialog can't be prevented by KDE, annoying as it might be.

"forced to, by JavaScript" is something you can stop or allow, depending on your own free decision in enabling or disabling JavaScript in your browser.

And sorry, the rest of your proposal I did not understand. I read it 5-10 times and gave up.
