URGENT
There is a preparation phone meeting TODAY for the OpenPrinting Summit.
As I am NOT attending and the phone meeting starts in just over ONE
HOUR my time, I feel a second mail is warranted.

there will be a preparation conference call for the
OpenPrinting Summit on Thursday, August 16, at 10am Pacific, 1pm
Eastern, and 7 pm Central European time.
Agenda will be
- Hotel: Did you already book your hotel? Which one? Any suggestions for
perhaps getting a negotiated rate somewhere?
- Other logistics stuff
- Agenda of the Summit: Your suggestions.

If not otherwise stated the same dial-in number and access code will be
used for all preparation conference calls and also for dialling into the
plenary room of the OpenPrinting Summit itself.
