oh, seems like kpdf changes the way of printing here! with kpdf i get
"1st sheet: page 1 and 3; flip side: page 2 and 4 "
and with pure "kprinter file.pdf" i get
"1st sheet: page 1 and 2; flip side: page 3 and 4 "
(both times with "all pages"/odd pages/->flip/even pages)
