OK, I've played arround in the kprinter filters and added that -l option. It works now, but really, thats not something every user would be able to do without good instructions. On top, changing settings in the filter tab is really horrible, as you easily forget to change settings back there (you have printed your nice 4in1 landscape slideshow yesterday but today you want to print some document in "portrait" orientation and one page per page but what comes out? Yes, the 4in1 landscape you configured a day ago).

Kprinter should really be corrected that way that if multiple pages are selected WITH landscape mode, the -l option should be passed to psnup. I just don't see how what comes out with actual default settings can be of any use ...

Btw Adobe Reader 7.0.5 has a really nice GUI for printing showing how the page should be printed ... with the little problem that it just shrinks what you see in the preview on a "portrait" oriented page ... not what you wanted and have seen! Argh! But OK, that's a different story.
