I want to print a document or html with two pages per sheet.
I open print dialog, press on "Properties" and select 2 in "Pages per Sheet".
I select "Preview" and press "Print" so Kghostview appears but only shows one page per sheet (incorrect).
Anyway if I print the document there appear two pages per sheet, but it's extrange to preview the job in a different way.

Now I do exactly the same, but choose "Print to file (pdf)" instead of the printer.
When I press "Print", Kghostview shows two pages per side, exactly like the generated PDF file after I press "Print".

Why I can preview two pages per side when choosing to print to PDF but not when chossing to print in the printer?
