B/c it is a kde.org domain, and, aside from the fact that there has been a
long-standing policy a/g adverts on kde.org websites, we have often told third
parties that kde.org does not accept adverts and this would seem to turn us into
"liars" (or at least could alienate those whose adverts were rejected).

Accepting adverts on a kde.org domain is IMO a major change in policy and should
be discussed on kde-policies, but not on kde-core-devel (off-topic) or
kde-sysadmin (does no decision-making).
