You misunderstood me. I didn't mean KDE needs a policy on what to host, but 
what to do when sued. It is naive to assume this will never happen if only 
one tries one's best to obey the letter of the law (which seems to be an 
opinion frequently expressed in this thread). Having no policy on the 
issue once a lawsuit does happen could turn out to be a painful experience 
for the project.
