[cc'ing Bernhard Reiter as the FSFE representative I know best in case=20
questions come up that I can't answer ;-)]

Hi!

Ok, I've waited for this to be released publicly:
  http://fsfeurope.org/projects/fla/
So we now have two ways to "assign copyright" to KDE e.V.: One for the=20
Copyright model, and one for the Droit d'Auteur model.

I propose that KDE e.V. releases contracts based on the FSF Copyright=20
assignment and the FSFE FLA with the purpose of allowing KDE developers=20
to assign their rights to the KDE e.V. for legal protection and=20
enforcement of the licenses used, or - failing KDE e.V.'s willingness=20
to protect KDE developers' code in this way - ask FSF(E) to handle it=20
for them.

Thanks for listening,
Marc
