KDE e.V. transparency (was: Re: Voting rights - the GNOME way)

Is this still on-topic in this list? Perhaps talk about KDE e.V. should take 
place in some kde-ev-foobar list where the members can discuss their 
problems?

I'm not criticising anyone here, please don't misunderstand me. I'm just 
trying to find the focus of this list, which is AFAIK discussing policies.
