I have to say that I would absolutely hate much of this. It might be OK for=
=20
people in Germany where there are masses of other developers who you could=
=20
easily meet up with. But in the UK there's hardly a huge numbers of=20
developers, and I certainly wouldn't have been able to get involved in KDE=
=20
when I did (I was 17, may have been 16, IIRC) if I'd had to meetup with=20
another developer etc
