There are many issues that would be better solved with voting than seeking 
consensus on mailing lists. However, I most sincerely hope these votings will 
never be required for technical issues. I don't think this would fit the KDE 
culture. Today whoever does something gets to decide how it will be done. I 
think this is wonderful in KDE.
