Did I understand it right that this list is for discussion upon policies of 
KDE e.V ?

Because then the sec advisory policy story does not belong here (policy 
question of the KDE project, not of KDE e.V).

depends on above. if KDE e.V. I would suggest e.V. membership or by 
invitation.
