Yes of course. The above statement is ment to make clear, that this document 
isn't finished and that it shouldn't be published as our official policy, 
which in my understanding means, that we should continue discussion. And 
since people want to discuss coding policies rather outside kde-ev, this is 
obviously the right place to finish the discussion.
