Retiring kcalutils from Gear 26.12

Hi,

pim/kcalutils has essentially been dissolved by a combination of upstreaming 
and downstreaming its content, to further reduce the amount of repositories 
and libraries around KDE PIM. By now it only contains a few remaining methods 
when using KF older than 6.30. As PIM 26.12 will depend on KF 6.30 it'll then 
be effectively empty and entirely unused, and thus can be dropped from the next 
Gear release.

I'd suggest to keep the repo around and "buildable" until after 26.08, when it 
can be entirely removed from Craft as well (as we can't easily have versioned 
dependencies there).
