Akonadi / KMail broken imap resource

Sadly not. Akonadi itself works, I have working maildir and Cal/Carddav resources. 

I spent more time reading bug reports and this one looks similar: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=504550

I will try to set up drkonqi and see if I can get a coredump (the Akonadi logs didn't show a segfault, but it's worth a shot).

There are other bug reports about recent crashes during kwallet access outside of plasma, if I can get a backtrace I will also compare with those.
