Hey,

first welcome Markus! I really enjoy to read about that kind of help you offer.
I think the current members are not good in these topics you mentioned so help
it really appreciated.

I think Akademy is a good place to sit together and talk.

There will be a KDE PIM BoF, but this normally dives deep into current coding
issues and coordinating ongoing transitions. For non coders it may be not the
best way to get into contact ;)

Maybe we should plan a second BoF that is more focused on the non coding part:
something like:
- How to do bug triage
- Where non coding help is needed
- update and improve KDE Wikis
- update user documentation
- look through extensions on the kde store
- ...

> At Academy in Vienna 2018 I did a long troubleshooting talk on Kontact...
Yeah I remember your talk and the feeling - oh there are people promoting
KDEPIM and I don't know this person in advanced. - That was great ;)

> I will be in Berlin from Sept 3 to 8. Akademy here we come :-)

Me too.

See you in Berlin,

hefee

PS there is also a KDEPIM sprint planned in December in Paris:
