I'm not sandro, but I did do a grep in the archives of various Debian
lists for text/pgp and I did find exactly one occurance mentioned in the 
body text of an email from 2001.

(debian-devel, debian-private, debian-vote, debian-project,
debian-devel-changes and a few others)
