The current state of the kmail and akonadi

Hello,
I found a workaround. I had to uninstall the NetworkManager-config-connectivity-fedora package. After that anonadi stopped to think is has problem with connectivity.
The akonadi does not have direct Internet connectivity, only connectivity through proxy is available. The mail server sits in the local network and there is no problem with the connectivity to it. But akonadi will not even try it when the NetworkManager connectivity fails. Very weird.
