Using MessageComposer to create invitation emails

Whenever I improve the mail encryption stuff I also try to improve also some 
parts of it. and the blocking KMessageBoxes also makes it very hard to create 
autotests for corner-cases... But refactoring messagecomposer *yeah* count me 
in.
