KDE Gear 22.03 Beta is released

I've updated the minimum required version now.

On a personal note, kdepim people, I think the world would appreciate if you don't increase the minimum KF5 release so late in the cycle (yes, I know this particular change is within the rules we have given ourselves) "for no reason", because if i look at 
https://invent.kde.org/pim/libkgapi/-/commit/b5eeafe88c4066386dba866246102e2ea338bc4c
it doesn't seem like it is really worth it reducing the amount of people that can compile our software that much.
