here's what I done in coding:

# messagelib
* refactor key near expiry checker, to prepare to show this in a non blocking 
dialog in future.
* allow to overwrite the encoding of PGP inline messages.

PS: I'm currently in discussion with Eileen Wagner an UX designer how to 
improve the encryption interface for KMail. The main work is now finished and 
I'll soon write a blog post about the wire-frames and than hopefully the VDG 
will help to do the designing and me implementing the part ;)
