TASK DESCRIPTION
  The bugzilla seems long time not polished for kdepim and there is a lot of very oldish components hanging around and you can still add new bugs to them.

  I would suggest to make sure, that no new bugs can be added, like for the kmail product and the 12 remain open bugs should be informed that the product is not actively used any more.

  product=kdepimlibs <https://bugs.kde.org/describecomponents.cgi?product=kdepimlibs>:
  akonadi  -> moved to product=akonadi
  gpgme++ -> was merged into upstream: https://dev.gnupg.org
  kabc -> moved to product=frameworks-kcontact
  kblog -> moved to product=kblog
  kcal -> The calendar library for PIM applications (deprecated by kcalcore)
  kcalcore -> moved to  product=frameworks-kcalendarcore
  kholidays -> moved to  product=frameworks-holidays
  kldap 	 -> moved to product=kldap
  kmime 	-> moved to product=kmime
  kpimidentities -> does not seem to match to anything anymore
  kpimtextedit -> moved to product=kpimtextedit
  kpimutils -> does not seem to match to anything anymore
  mailtransport -> does not seem to match to anything anymore
  qgpgme -> was merged into upstream: https://dev.gnupg.org
  syndication -> moved to  product=frameworks-syndication
