Hi Martin,

the agents are still running abut they don't do anything, which saves CPU and 
memory. Sadly, we cannot yet prevent agents with the "auto-start" feature to 
not be auto-started. There's a long-term plan to address this, but for now 
it's not been on the top of my priority list.
