License clarification in messagelib

Hi Thomas,

While converting the messagelib license headers to SPDX format, some files 
were marked as ambiguous by the conversion tool.

Some files you wrote long ago need some clarification. [1]
The license header states the files are LGPL-2.0-only or LGPL-3.0-only but 
have an incorrect KDE e.V. clause, ie:
« at the discretion of KDE e.V. ( which shall act as a proxy as in section 14 
of the GPLv3 ), any later version. »

As these files are LGPL, the correct e.V. clause shall be:
« or any later version accepted by the membership of KDE e.V. (or its
successor approved by the membership of KDE e.V.), which shall
act as a proxy defined in Section 6 of version 3 of the license. » 

Are you ok if I make these changes to the files listed below?
