D27610: Generalize isValidElement to LocalBusiness

REVISION SUMMARY
  Now that we have this base type for `LodgingBusiness` and `FoodEstablishment`, make the check generic.

TEST PLAN
  Still get hotels and restaurants, and can now also find potential new types like `Store`
