D29289: [KJotsBrowser] Add tooltips for links

REVISION SUMMARY
  The code is mostly shared with `KJotsEdit`; however, `KJotsBrowser` should also support for
  anchor links like `#page_XXX`, which are generated by the html template.
  
  The link message in statusbar is no longer needed, as user already have relevant feedback
  in a form of tooltip (which is more obvious than expecting link to appear in statusbar).
  It also didn't recognize `akonadi:` links, and didn't work in browser mode.

TEST PLAN
  Code compiles, tooltips appear in browser mode too
