REVISION SUMMARY
  This exposes the subset of DavProtcolBase that is actually needed
  externally, allowing to remove DavProtocolBase and DavManager::davProtocol
  from the public interface eventually. This is important as it will allow
  us to remove QtXmlPatterns from the public link interface.
