D8843: Use URLs in multiget requests as returned by the Server

  I have a problem with akonadi since the current update (19.08.1 -> 19.08.2). I asked in the kdepim-users mailinglist <https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kdepim-users/2019-October/013017.html> about it and I was directed to this discussion. I am unsure if the issue I have is related to this discussion.
  
  Can you tell me if this is a newly introduced bug or somehow related to the current one? If related, I was willing to help getting things running smoothly again. So please tell me what you need then.
