Kholidays file format.

Hello. I filed a bug report https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414369
 about adding a Holidays file for country Lebanon.
Can someone give me some documentation about generating or manually
writing holiday files and their format?
I would like to contribute and maintain a holidays file.
