I fixed all hits on kde.pim.org except:

 - kitinerary/src/cli/org.kde.kitinerary-extractor.appdata.xml 
     @Volker: can you handle this? I'm afraid to touch
     I think you can use https://community.kde.org/KDE_PIM 

 - the following since they're only test data
      messagelib/mimetreeparser/autotests/data/details/openpgp-signed-base64-mailman-footer.mbox.html
