D21715: Move mailto: prefix stripping to Attendee

REVISION SUMMARY
  This makes addAttendee() work with a const Attendee argument once it's a
  value type. Also, restore mailto: prefix stripping for the email field,
  which got lost in the Person/Attendee limit split.
  
  This was caught by unit tests in akonadi-calendar.
