REVISION SUMMARY
  Messagefactoryngtest usually fails due to a segmentation fault.  The
  fault happens most often during initTestCase at the call to
  ident.uoid(), but sometimes occurs at other spots.
  
  This patch avoids the fault.  It imitates the initialization pattern
  in templateparserjobtest.
