D19113: Text fix: Less -> Fewer options

  I have wondered for some time whether it would be better to replace "More Options>>" and "Less Options<<" with "More>>" and "Less<<", which I think are more standard buttons. It would have the benefit of shortening the text - I presume that in some translations, this is likely to help the dialog be less wide.
