Release of kimap2 0.3.0

I'm pleased to announce the release of kimap2 0.3.0.

Changes:

* Windows build fixes
* Public error codes to determine what failed in jobs
* Fixed race condition where login would fail if the client received the ssl response before the server greeting.
* Various minor fixes.
