Release of kdav2 0.3.0

I'm pleased to announce the release of kdav2 0.3.0.

Changes:

* DavDiscoveryJob that implements autodiscovery along the lines of RFC 6764 (without the DNS bits so far).
* Various bugfixes
* Windows compatibility
* Better error codes to detect if we have a problem on the HTTP or network level.
