  Updated 2020 "substitute holidays".
  
  According to the Cabinet Office's webpage <https://www8.cao.go.jp/chosei/shukujitsu/gaiyou.html>, it seems that "休日" ("Holiday") is the official name of the so-called "振替休日" ("Substitute holiday").
