I can't recall to be honest, they may have been causing issues there
but I know they most definitely were issues on Windows/FreeBSD.
It's quite possible I disabled it for all because FreeBSD is
relatively similar to Linux (compared to Windows anyway) so expected
it to be broken there still as well...

I've re-enabled it for now, but we'll need to keep an eye on it.

Since disabling tests for messagelib, kblog, kdepim-addons and
mailcommon i've not had to remedy issues with hung tests on the CI
system (the only known ones i'm tracking at the moment are in KCrash
and KNotifications on Windows, which don't show up very often for
builds and thus are minor issues)
