When user has 2 different gmail accounts one using smtp.gmail.com and smtp.googlemail.com and sending from the smtp.googlemail.com it always sends it from the smtp.gmail.com even when sending from smtp.googlemail.com email address

Hi,
in each identity configuration you can select which transport (outgoing account) should be used when using this identity. This way you can pair your googlemail identity with the googlemail SMTP server.
Alternatively in the composer, you can select "Send Via" and choose which transport to use.
