Moving serializer plugins to respective akonadi-* repos?

well for a distribution this looks a little bit different. If a distribution 
splits the repos into libs and nonlibs packages like Debian. So at Debian we 
we need to make sure that the akonadi-*-serializer is installed, when you 
install an application... This is all possible to handle, but "depend on a 
repo" do not mean, that everything is available, if comes to runtime in 
distribution context. Also the file move between packages need to be done to 
not break installations. So two reasons, why it is really important to inform 
the distribution ml :D
