KDateTime Changes: Please Test Master

Hi,

Daniel and Volker did a heroic job porting kde/pim away from KDateTime [1]
But some buglets have been introducted along the way.  Please test and report bugs.
The past few days I have seen things in the Kontact summaries that I'm trying to fix.

I've seen sometimes the datetime inequality operators ('<' and '>') where swapped unecessarily.
