REVISION SUMMARY
  messagelib uses gettext, therefore we need TranslationSystem=kde 
  to get i18n() calls instead of QCoreApplication::translate() calls in 
  messagecomposersettings_base.cpp generated at build time from
  messagecomposer.kcfg

  translated using locale x-test
