T5155: Qt 5.8 and printsupport for Kdepim

  The new CI system (located at https://build-sandbox.kde.org) should satisfy all these requirements.
  
  1. Frameworks is built exclusively against Qt 5.7 (see https://build-sandbox.kde.org/view/Frameworks/)
  2. PIM (as part of Applications) is built against Qt 5.9 (see https://build-sandbox.kde.org/view/Applications/)
  
  While most of PIM is unbuildable at the moment due to WebEngine being unavailable in Fedora with Qt 5.9, i've asked if we can get that packaged.
  
  Once that has been provided everything should be sorted, so i'm going to close this now.
  The new CI won't go live until WebEngine is available.
