Kontact Flatpak package

Hi Aleix,

thanks for your work! I have added some missing modules, fixed finish-args and 
added some cleanup paths to reduce the size of the flatpak and now I can 
succesfully run Kontact, I even managed to sync some emails before things went 
wrong :-)

The flatpak needs some more work, it would be especially nice to be able to use 
MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL instead of SQLite, but packaging any of those is 
probably going to be a nightmare. But for now it's at least in some usable 
state.
