T6409: New repository kdav2

  It is sort of a fork, because as the discussion went on the PIM list, there are some wanted changes in KDAv which will not be tested in KDE PIM (they, are, AFAICS, needed for Kube). As a packager I gave a -1 to incorporate them in the main kdav repository unless they are tested with PIM (the DAV resource is already too fragile as it is). Laurent also expressed concerns with this, so the solution not to block Christian's work was to make a different repo (like kimap2). Note that it was discussed, not unilaterally decided.
