Kontact Bugs Triage (volunteers?)

I did some easy work almost solely based on the reported versions:
* reported PIM versions that are missing on bugs.kde.org (not only kontact)
* asked for confirmation for bugs that have not been confirmed for >=5.1 yet (not only kontact)
* added version info for most of the other bugs, as reported
* refreshed/closed NEEDSINFO bugs that have been inactive for more than 3 months

Somehow still took me five hours...

I hope this will make triaging easier in the future. Looking for
duplicates is too hard a task for me right now, sorry.
