D6888: KOrganizer Quickview: Save/Restore dialog size

REVISION SUMMARY
  Now KOrganizer will remember the size of the Quickview dialog between invocations.  so I don't see a small dialog every time -- now I can resize once to my liking.
  
  this is a harmless bugfix, imo.  should I put it into 17.08?

TEST PLAN
  test open/close the quickview dialog and see that is remembers the dialog size.
