Kmail 5.4.1/akonadiserver issues on brand new user tumbleweed

Hi
I created a new user in order to create a fresh install of kmail and akonadi
databases as my current user could no longer read any email in any of the
folders without immediately going into "Retrieving Folder....." etc and no
matter how many "fsck/vacuum/stop/starts" i did, it would not make any
difference.
It all worked fine for a few hours yesterday and today it started happening a
lot more often. I stopped everything, deleted the akonadi database folder and
now it seems okay again.
Here are few errors from the first start of akonadi server and kmail after the
deletion of the akonadi database. Are they relevant? They seem very strange
errors for creting the new database files
/usr/bin/mysqlcheck: Got error: 1049: Unknown database 'akonadi' when
selecting the database
Connecting to deprecated signal
QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString)
org.kde.pim.akonadicore: Failed SpecialCollectionsRequestJob::slotResult
"Failed to fetch the resource collection."
org.kde.pim.maildispatcher: Failed to get outbox folder. Retrying in: 5000
org.kde.pim.akonadicore: Failed to request resource
"akonadi_maildir_resource_0" : "Failed to fetch the resource collection."
org.kde.pim.akonadicore: Failed SpecialCollectionsRequestJob::slotResult
"Failed to fetch the resource collection."
org.kde.pim.akonadicore: Failed to request resource
"akonadi_maildir_resource_0" : "Failed to fetch the resource collection."
Now the first start of kmail using existing email database, (not sure how they
come about on the first run on a clean database):
org.kde.pim.mailfilteragent: Error while moving items. 103 "Invalid
destination collection" to destinationCollection.id() : 28
org.kde.pim.mailfilteragent: Error while moving items. 103 "Invalid
destination collection" to destinationCollection.id() : 25
On subsequent runs of kmail i get these errors with "Got a stale notification"
messages inbetween. I've checked via dolphin that these emails do actually
exist:
org.kde.pim.libmaildir: Maildir::changeEntryFlags unable to find:
"1486161954.R367.LianLi"
org.kde.pim.libmaildir: Maildir::readEntry unable to find:
"1486161954.R367.LianLi"
org.kde.pim.libmaildir: Maildir::changeEntryFlags unable to find:
"1486161954.R768.LianLi"
org.kde.pim.libmaildir: Maildir::readEntry unable to find:
"1486161954.R768.LianLi"
To which system do i log these in kde.bugs kmail2 or akonadi?
Regards
Ian
