D7339: Kontact iconsidepane properly redraw the iconside panel when changing icon size

REVISION SUMMARY
  With this patch, when we select big, normal , small size fonts from the iconsidepane context menu, the spacing is properly handled in the listview
  
  Note: Since I moved to Qt5.9 today, the spacing still needs to be tweaked to allow more room but I'll try to handle that in another patch.
